Experienced Swedish linguist with over 15 years’ professional experience of providing clear, pertinent and well researched content for Swedish targets. I translate, revise, post-edit and perform linguistic QA. With a background in news journalism, I am also an appreciated copywriter. My main area of work is the EU, in its broadest sense: working for the various EU agencies and institutions means translating and revising texts within a wide range of topics – all related to current affairs, but spanning from reader-friendly and enticing texts for the general public to complicated pieces of legislation. Working for the European institutions is synonymous with providing texts of exceptionally high linguistic quality. [...] I take pride in being a versatile linguist, and dedicate a big part of my working days to projects where I can let my creativity flow. I regularly translate and transcreate texts for marketing purposes. I have also translated a few (romantic) novels in the past.
