Long ago I studied German and Economics with subsidiary Swedish, but Swedish quickly became my main interest and I've gone on to work extensively with Norwegian and Danish too. I've been translating for nearly 30 years and freelance since 1998. Much of my work in certain periods involves financial reporting but I also enjoy working on texts on travel and tourism, culture, economics, the environment and healthcare.
