I am a freelance translator, with over 20 years’ experience, translating from English, French and Danish, into Swedish, my mother tongue. In addition to translation services, I also perform localization, linguistic quality assessments and proofreading. My main areas of specialization: • Finance – financial reports, employee saving schemes, KIID’s • Corporate communication – presentations, press releases, marketing material • Technical content – construction management tools, green technology, the energy transition • Education – course material for businesses, language learning systems From time to time, I also translate on behalf of various European and international organizations through the NGO Translators Without Borders. I have a Master in Translation of Language for Special Purposes from the University of Gothenburg, a Master in French and a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in English. And I am now learning Italian! Environmental issues, ornithology and history are a few of my interests. As I live and work in France, I am quite familiar with the French society and culture, but at the same time I keenly maintain tight and close contacts with Sweden, which is why I am capable of conveying my client’s message, consistently and accurately, to their Swedish audience.
