My background is as a Registered Nurse with a Master’s degree and 15 years of experience in the Swedish healthcare system [health]. This allows me to understand clinical language inside out. I know exactly how medical professionals communicate, but I am equally passionate about plain language (klarspråk) and patient safety when it comes to patient-facing materials.
