With over 20 years in the IT business, and 15 years as a system administrator for IBM Lotus Notes, Microsoft Exchange and Sharepoint and various other groupware applications, I have a solid background to translate even the most complex technical texts. I have worked for large multinational companies like HP, Gartner Group and Teleperformance, so I am familiar with communicating across language barriers and cultures.
